Tailwind does not sell tickets. Our passengers can only buy tickets from our tour operators.

Before your flight with Tailwind Airlines, you can choose a paid seat via https://www.tailwind.com.tr/passenger-services. If you can’t see your flight on the system, please check again 15 days before your flight date.

Seat fees are as follows;
Standard Seat :     10 EUR
XL Seat:          20 EUR
Front Seat :          20 EUR

Our pregnant passengers can travel until 28th week of pregnancy without a doctor's note and between 28-36th week for single pregnancy with a doctor's note ; pregnant passengers after 36th week of pregnancy are not allowed to fly. For multiple pregnancies, pregnant passengers are allowed to fly between 28th to 32nd week of pregnancy with a doctor's note; they are not allowed to fly after 32nd week of pregnancy. 

The date of the doctor's note cannot be more than 7 days before the date of travel. 

The doctor's note should contain the name, diploma number and the signature of the doctor.

PRM passengers can have their medical bags and equipment with them in the passenger cabin. No extra fee is required.
Our child passengers who are aged 6 and older and have not reached their 12th birthday may travel without a guardian on TWI flights. However:

  • Travel of an unaccompanied minor is not possible without the child's parents or legal guardian's consent.
  • Reservations about all legs of the travel should be approved.
  • Authorization Certificate to Transport an Unaccompanied Minor is filled out and signed by the parents or legal guardian.
  • The Unaccompanied Minor is escorted by the boarding personnel to the aircraft and handed over to the senior cabin steward.

All ticket procedures are managed by our Tour Operators and Tailwind Airlines does not engage in individual ticket sales therefore no guidance can be provided.
E-visa is a license which allows entry into Turkey.

Pursuant to the paragraph (b)of the article 7 of the Law 6458 on Foreigners and International Protection foreigners entering into Turkey should "hold a passport or a passport substitute document which is valid for at least sixty days as of the expiry of visa, visa exemption or residence permit." You may need to meet some other conditions according to your nationality. After you select your nationality and date of entry, information about these conditions (if any) will be provided.

E-visa can be obtained from anywhere with an Internet access and with this e-visa you can apply for a visa at any Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Turkey or at borders without waiting in a queue and enter into Turkey.
